About Michele
Landscape Designer, Michele Mutschler has worked in the green industry for over 20 years. Her passion for gardening first began in her grandmother Babcia’s gardens and her own Dad’s vegetable garden. In Massachusetts, she worked for one of New England’s largest nurseries in sales, buying and merchandising, pulling together creative visual displays with plants and hard goods and special ordering for the most discerning customers. She went on to work for several Landscape Design Build Companies in Metrowest, MA. Wanting to learn more, she obtained her degree in Landscape Design at Boston Architectural College. She has volunteered time to many environmental causes such as replanting the shoreline with native plants after Hurricane Sandy (2012), trail renovation work at Acadia National Park (2016) and locally has contributed towards ongoing beautification of downtown businesses and later with the local garden club in Hopkinton, MA. Recently she has earned her Green School certificate in Landscape Managment from Umass Extension and is a volunteer at Tower Hill. Michele has maintained estate gardens and offers her clients specialized designs, creating exquisite outdoor rooms.
